Mininyma pirni (many women) are travelling in the countryside of the Tjukurla and Tjarlirli rockhole area. They are hunting for goanna and witchety grubs and collecting the fruits after the rains when the desert comes alive with wildflowers. The curved shapes represent the sandhills of the region which dominate the landscapes. This is Nerida's mother's country where the local people still carry on the traditional hunting methods of the past.
