Born and raised in Wagga Wagga by German and Dutch immigrants. My art, ideas and concepts stem from my personal experiences thus far on a tumultuous and sometimes heartbreaking journey.
From an early age art was an acceptance of my imagination and an outlet for my creativity. I studied art at school and continued in senior years. I continued painting, drawing and designing after school, while achieving a Degree in Education and a Post-graduate certificate in Religion Theology. (Trying to make sense of the world!!!!) In my teaching time I have taken the role of Creative and Practical Arts Teacher for Kindergarten to Year 6
Brilliant colours and combinations, and vibrant hues dominant my palette and context represents personal concepts. I experiment with acrylics with various mediums to achieve different finishes. Enjoying the process and loving the finished works.
