There is a river walk I do quite often (or sometimes pottering afloat in a dingy with family) and each time I go I am amazed at the reflections, the variety of colours and the brightness of the light. It embraces me and feels hugely awesome but at the same time often quiet and intimate as we stroll or bob along. I wanted to capture the awesome feel of a river leading you further in and the reflections of the sky surrounding you. A sort of busy openness that creates calm.
