Part of my 'Gilded Wildflowers' collection, this work was created during my time living on the West Coast of Tasmania and the flowers I came across. I painted wildflowers(some call weeds) and treated them as if they were roses, and tulips and framed them in gold.
These are another one of my lawn finds, tiny little baby snap dragons. These are part of the 'self healer' family and I have found them in different colours and sizes around Tasmania. A pink variety is also part of the collection.
* This work is framed in lightweight aluminium with a gold finish.
** This work is ready to hang, with a single hanging clip (refer to image)
*** This work is signed on the front of the canvas, on the back of the board and the back of the frame.
