‘MATRIX OPAL’
This striking painting was created with the inspiration of our gorgeous Australian Opals and Opal seams.
The colours in this artwork are so mesmerising and enchanting.
It is a large, abstract acrylic piece, filled with drama and flow. I love this painting.
The striking lime green and electric blue on the textured pearl cream background creates great interest.
There are also accents of gold, amber, grey and black, bringing flow and balance to this unique piece.
All of the beautiful pieces that I create are made from the finest canvases and I use the highest quality paints, mediums and finishing products.
Each piece is a complete original, authentically one-of-a-kind painting.
Each painting comes ready to hang and is signed on the back of the canvas. I wire the canvas in the most pleasing orientation to my eye, but of course you can change the orientation to suit your taste, if you wish to. (Please let me know your preference upon purchase.)
The painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity that only you have a copy of, and I have a record of. This gives you proof that this is your painting.
I choose not to tape the backs of my canvases before I do the painting; as many artists do, to keep the canvas backs neat.
Rather, I allow the back sides of the canvas to have the evidence of the painting that I have done, clearly showing the working process of the creation of the piece.
If you lift up the artist’s tape that I back the painting with as a finishing touch after it is complete, you can see that it definitely is a hand painted original.
I feel that in this time of digital media and AI technology, it is necessary to have as much evidence of authentication as possible.
The deep sides of my canvas’s are beautifully painted as either a continuation of the design, or in the most complimentary colour from within the painting.
Each piece is lovely to hang ‘as is’ or, if you prefer, your painting will also look great framed.
My pieces are all well varnished and will remain as beautiful and vibrant as they are today.
I hope you love my paintings as much as I love creating them!
