Owl skull bouquet

This design was inspired by a friend's love for owls and iris flowers. Growing up my mother had a large collection of Willow crockery plates and I grew to treasure them and this ultramarine blue became my favourite colour and is used in nearly all of my work. The addition and merging of a skull with the owl was something I found challenging and I like to always push the boundaries and see how far I am able to go with surrealism.
