This painting started off as another and another, painted over with new ideas. Through frustration it was born, gemstones glimmered through the tears and upon reflection I decided that it was complete.
If we don't try, we can't fail but in never trying...we fail to be. I can be very wise sometimes, you won't hear much arty jargon from me but you will hear my random musings. The layers of blue coming through are a representation of the happiness and successes that will always shine brightest after our vision has been clouded, sometimes by frustration or possibly by grief.
The clouds will always eventually pass over, no matter how dark they seem.
This piece is layers upon layers of acrylic paint and finished off with Liquitex Gloss finishing coat.
