Since the 80's has long since been history, it's hard to know exactly how much fluro is much and at the same time...not enough.
Well I say say wear that sequin jacket if you want to!
And that's a big 'YES' to over sized statement jewellery and bright coloured leggings (maybe leave the leg warmers in the storage box though).
