My medium of choice for my paintings is MDF board, sealed all round with acrylic paint. I saw the photo of the elephant some time ago and fell in love with it. I think the tourists add a nice touch to the scene, with a bit of trepidation by the safari.
Born in Western Australia and spent the last 15 years in Nelson Bay NSW learning my art and now back in the West but still loving my work. Been painting for over 10 years now and intend doing it for the next 10 years or more if I’m lucky! I am a late starter so decided to only use acrylics, and have found it to be the most versatile of all the paint media’s.
