One of two minimalist stylized portraist of a white cockatoo with a "tattoo" depicting Australian native flowers: a waratah, banksias, proteas, bottlebrushes are painted in soft pastel hues of greens, browns, pinks and whites.
An Australian cockatoo is one of my favourite birds to paint. This painting is from the Colour Me Happy Series created based on my photos of local cockatoos living on our backyard.
