Ocean Journey

I like the idea of flying and looking down. There is a bit a of a recurrent theme here. looking down from above at the patterns in the landscape, a feeling of flattened 3D terrain. A delineated landscape perhaps. A flight of fancy for me. In any case, I enjoyed the imagined patterns and swirls of bodies of water, clumps of trees and land masses. What can you see? Olga's style varies from realism to abstraction. Her paint application is like handwriting, bold and confident. Each piece is a journey. She asks questions of herself and the viewer. The work delves into spaces that you forgot about, it clutches your heart just so that it can simply caress it and then carefully release it back to you. Olga is searching for a connection with her audience.
With degrees in Visual Art and Education, Olga continues to hone her skills with her prolific output. She is an active member of several art societies and exhibits widely.
Olga's work is held in private collections throughout Australia and in the USA.
