Space in Time is the third in the In the Park series of three pieces that shows the transient nature of life. In this piece night the figure of the woman is gone and only the branches of the tree and the leaves remain. I like to think that I can imagine the woman is still there, an imprint of her life force remains. Do we still occupy space when we are gone? In this series there are unanswered questions concerning life and death and our place in the world. The piece is painted loosely with Impressionism and expressionism as influences. The painting is framed in a thin black quality frame and it is ready to hang. Framed size is 92 x 62 cms.
