Feeling Blue III:

Feeling Blue III is a part of my Feeling Blue collection, inspired by the profound emotions of sadness and melancholy. This series reflects the beauty and strength found within our heaviest moments. Though these feelings can be burdensome, they also act as a catalyst for personal growth and renewal. By embracing and grounding ourselves in these emotions, we invite Mother Earth to help us release the weight, granting us the freedom to choose our path anew. Acknowledging and releasing our burdens allows us to rise and start again.

Feeling blue is a natural and safe aspect of our emotional spectrum. Society often encourages us to hide our sadness and carry these heavy emotions privately. However, by fully experiencing and harnessing the power of these emotions, we can transform and discover extraordinary strength. I am grateful for my Feeling Blue days; they have set me free.

My art journey began after the death of my husband.
Painting allows me to be free in my mind and create from the heart.
