nonsense fruits

A painting of nonsense fruits. in a world that doesn't really make sense. There are blue cherries, yellow grapes, purple oranges and orange pears. It's a playful world of imagination that connects to our inner child. Inspiration has been taken from Alice and wonderland trying to create a world of nonsense through everyday objects. this painting will add so much colour and playfulness to a plain white wall.
the painting has texture on the fruit and playful use of brushstrokes throughout.

Imperfect art for the imperfect life. I am Olivia and i'm a mixed media Melbourne artist creating original abstract artworks.

I'm a 22 year old artist living in Melbourne Australia. I have had a love and passion for art since a young age. During covid lockdown she used painting as a way to process my past and present emotions. I work with a variety of materials and aims to have a sustainable practice by reusing and repurposing glass bottles and old canvases.
