Winter forest

My European memories initiated this particular painting, the quiet, cozy, cold walks in wintertime, when you can hope for a bit of snow, or at least a squirrel to cross your path.

I am a self-thaught painter, that recently moved to Australia from Gibraltar, but I am originally Hungarian. My occupation is a clinical child psychologist and painting is my passion besides nature. I like to think of painting as a break away from the limitations of the everyday life, while painting I can be caught in an other dimension where, if doing it right, time can go by unnoticed. This is a magical experience similarly to spending time in nature and this is what I aim to capture in my paintings on the borders of real and imaginative landscapes.
