Artwork Description

On the left hand side of the painting is the old zoo and the old thinking of animals being kept in tiny cages. It also shows the activities that went on at the zoo in past eras such as the Australian Tennis Open. The right hand side of the painting shows the new thinking of zoos with more open areas so animals can roam in an appropriate environment.
