Lotus flowers have different meanings across different cultures and are often seen as a symbol of purity as they rise from the mud each day looking pristine. As they descend into the murky depths each evening and arise each morning they also symbolise rebirth and resilience, I love the soft colours of the petals and the wonderful shapes of the leaves. This art would look wonderful on a bedroom wall.
