Artwork Description

The painting is called "Fading Crowd" and it shows a crowd of people slowly disappearing as if they are fading away. The brush strokes are in a variety of colors, giving the impression of looking at a fading crowd of people. The painting is said to represent the idea that people are part of your journey and become a story of your past and don't continue to be in your life.

Artist Bio

I am Pascal Gabor Vida, born in 1986 in Germany, the first born of 3 children. I grow up in Hamburg, Germany and moved to Australia in 2017 when I was 30.
My entire life, art is a part of it and through my parents and grandparents, I experienced how life as an artist is embracing the way to see the world and discovering new paths to live in it.
That's the way I would describe my art and what my work means, as the opportunity to define the journey of how to live and how life is changing us and our perception of it.
The way how my life got shaped through so many different people and events is what my process describes the best and how I start my paintings with the ambition to evolve and change the outcome during the painting process until the last brushstroke.
