A Soft Embrace - the seductive beauty of roses, captured close-up and personal, showing the beauty of their soft petals as they curve and gently caress and creating a sense longing to become part of this gentle embrace. How romantic!
The dimensions of this work would suit an area above a sofa or even as a bedhead (or above one). If placed vertically it would be ideal at the end of a hallway or in any tall narrow space.
This painting was created using part of a reference photograph by the amazing Loretta Karazinov in Queensland, Australia. gratefully painted with permission!
Painted on a large canvas which could be hung in either landscape or portrait style to suit the room and has been wired for both (I have included pics as examples).

Patricia has always loved all things in nature especially flowers and trees, however has only recently discovered a passionate and ever-increasing love of re-creating these beautiful things.
Patricia's artistic journey began relatively recently, after retirement allowed the freedom to pursue her dream of painting full time. Patricia's natural style of painting is probably 'realism’, the re-creation of minute details observed bringing great pleasure and satisfaction. However progressing in this wonderful world of art different interpretations emerge, exciting and tantalising the senses.
Love of colour and fascination with the effects of light on a subject amaze every day with each new idea, discovery and creation, stirring emotion, encouraging passion to inspire and share this pleasure with others.
The majority of Patricia's works are painted from her own photographic library or with permission from other like-minded photographers, however she welcomes commissions of the client's choice.
She would also be delighted to re-create a new and unique version any of the works in my portfolio, current listings or sold artwork.
