Working as a Psychologist allows me to ask the most complex, but also the most simplest of questions… who are you? So often, perhaps too often, the response is “I don’t know”. There is a fear, or a genuine unknowingness that people have of seeing who they are.

“Dive Deep Into Your Darkness, See what’s Growing” is a statement to connect with your authentic self. To be open to self discovery, to see that what is deep within ourselves may be unseen, may be dark, but there is shades of light, there is colour and still an abundance of growth. What we find deep in the ocean is the same that we find in our humanity. Growth and Beauty can exist and flourish in darkness, but we only learn this with curiosity and exploration.
