Artwork Description

Still Life set up on family sideboard with album cover and CD's by Brit electro band Lemon Jelly. They produce super colourful album artwork covers but i decided to only colour the Japanese teacups as a juxtaposition of this. I am spending 2023 only drawing with pencil and very small colour details in either pencil, pastel or watercolour.

I have been painting and drawing since the mid 1980's. I took a hiatus' to start a family with my wife and for work related reasons. Ran a painting and decorating busines through the 90's through to 2010 when i returned to study and completed a Diploma in Concept Design and a Bachelor of 3D Art and Animation Degree through the Design Centre Enmore.
