Arm in Arm is a stricking painting in the colours of Red, White, Black and Gold.
It is a large vibrant painting with and impact of colours locked Arm in Arm
The base has swirl textures that give the piece an underlining character.
Then there is a speckled black to give it more contrast and definition.
I enjoy filling the canvas with enough diversity to make the painting interesting.
It is finished with a Gloss varnish that enhances the colour and protects the paint.

It has been painting on a frame that was 102 cm wide and 152 cm high and 4 cm deep.
This painting will be sold rolled in a tube. It will need to be framed by the collector.

Patrick has lived on the Central Coast of New South Wales for over 60 years. His work reflects parts of his life with a bold and vibrant colour palette.

His introductory works were mainly contemporary in nature, consisting of lively acrylics on a wildly textured bases. The assortment of bases gives Patrick’s work depth, while the bulk and shadow lines bolster the pieces character.

As Patrick’s work is evolutionary his latest style remains contemporary , however he also uses various acrylics in fluid states to produce a mixture of abstract colours and shapes.

Most of Patrick’s inspiration comes from the everyday world around him and his family. He enjoys the challenge of mastering different techniques, which will continue to enhance his future works. His art works are all original.

Every one of Patrick's paintings has a special story attached to it, and they are all very personal to him. Patrick's art has been sold to collectors internationally and nationally.
