Frenzy

This is one of my striking abstracts. It was influenced by my love of the ocean and ever thing in nature.
Being a keen fisherman I see the blue of the ocean, the red of blood and the black with bubbles of a feeding frenzy of the small yellow bait fish. Which is all present in this painting.
This painting was finished over several days as the next layer was added. It is varnished which enhances and protects the paint.
On the back is a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. It is wired, ready to hang with cushions on the back to protect your walls.

Patrick has lived on the Central Coast of New South Wales for over 60 years. His work reflects parts of his life with a bold and vibrant colour palette.

His introductory works were mainly contemporary in nature, consisting of lively acrylics on a wildly textured bases. The assortment of bases gives Patrick’s work depth, while the bulk and shadow lines bolster the pieces character.

As Patrick’s work is evolutionary his latest style remains contemporary , however he also uses various acrylics in fluid states to produce a mixture of abstract colours and shapes.

Most of Patrick’s inspiration comes from the everyday world around him and his family. He enjoys the challenge of mastering different techniques, which will continue to enhance his future works. His art works are all original.

Every one of Patrick's paintings has a special story attached to it, and they are all very personal to him. Patrick's art has been sold to collectors internationally and nationally.
