This is a lovely fluid painting with three different techniques involved. First there is a ring pour with pearl white , blues a touch of gold and a contrast with yellow. Plus a lot of manipulation which now just looks so natural. Secondly the bright white and black. These have to be thicker paint so they don't blend together. Then thirdly i had to make a special comb to drag through the lot , pulling some paint and pushing some aside. A bit tricky but a lot of fun.

This painting is 76 cm wide and 61 cm high and 4 cm deep. It is varnished with a high gloss finish that enhances the colour and protects the paint.

On the back is a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. It is wired ready to hang and has felt cushions to protect your walls.

Patrick has lived on the Central Coast of New South Wales for over 60 years. His work reflects parts of his life with a bold and vibrant colour palette.

His introductory works were mainly contemporary in nature, consisting of lively acrylics on a wildly textured bases. The assortment of bases gives Patrick’s work depth, while the bulk and shadow lines bolster the pieces character.

As Patrick’s work is evolutionary his latest style remains contemporary , however he also uses various acrylics in fluid states to produce a mixture of abstract colours and shapes.

Most of Patrick’s inspiration comes from the everyday world around him and his family. He enjoys the challenge of mastering different techniques, which will continue to enhance his future works. His art works are all original.

Every one of Patrick's paintings has a special story attached to it, and they are all very personal to him. Patrick's art has been sold to collectors internationally and nationally.
