Artwork Description

Well here we go. Have you ever tried to do something and it just did not turn out the way you wanted it to. This painting turned out the way i wanted it to, on my fourth attempt.
I had EXTERNAL help in the other three attempts. Then i locked myself away and got the affect i was after.
New Years Eve 9 P M fire works. A mass of blending colour in all directions. Yep, to me that is this painting.

This painting is 122 cm wide and 91 cm high and 4 cm deep. It is varnished with a high gloss finish that enhances the colour and protects the paint.
On the back is a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. It is wired ready to hang and has felt cushions to protect your walls.

Artist Bio

Patrick has lived on the Central Coast of New South Wales for over 60 years. His work reflects parts of his life with a bold and vibrant colour palette.

His introductory works were mainly contemporary in nature, consisting of lively acrylics on a wildly textured bases. The assortment of bases gives Patrick’s work depth, while the bulk and shadow lines bolster the pieces character.

As Patrick’s work is evolutionary his latest style remains contemporary , however he also uses various acrylics in fluid states to produce a mixture of abstract colours and shapes.

Most of Patrick’s inspiration comes from the everyday world around him and his family. He enjoys the challenge of mastering different techniques, which will continue to enhance his future works. His art works are all original.

Every one of Patrick's paintings has a special story attached to it, and they are all very personal to him. Patrick's art has been sold to collectors internationally and nationally.
