Dad's last summer

I can only guess what my father was contemplating in those last weeks off life, much of which was spent outside in the garden. People seem too be drawn to this painting and each have their own interpretation of what Dad was thinking ... I guess we'll never know.

Paul is a self-taught award winning artist and photographer. Travelling extensively from a young age has provided Paul with the inspiration and material for his photography and art making. He paints 'en plein air' whenever possible, but equally enjoys time in his studio where he works in various mediums, including oil, gouache, watercolour and charcoal. Paul will be delighted to welcome visitors to his working studio as soon as he moves to his new location on Hindmarsh Island.
