Some of my favourite connector activities to get a better appreciation of it are: Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga, Swimming, healthy cooking, natural medicine, music, drawing, painting, photography, journaling, travelling of course! and sleeping.
Travelling has not only allowed me to experience the world and it’s many beautiful landscapes, but also to share with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds along the way. People who have taught me a lot and some of them I have treasured in my heart .
