This is a document displaying a very good recipe base to help with the flu: onion and ginger. Both are strong tasting herb and breathing helps to recover health as well. It is number 3 in a series of recipe documents that the artist uses to express health in pictorial form. The circles as in many of the artist's artworks represent breathing exercises.
