Artwork Description

A prime example of the toughness of Australian plants thriving through the toughest conditions. The Banksia seed pod is large, solid and woody. Holding the soft seeds and releasing them when conditions are optimal yet the flowers are soft, fluffy and are pieced together by hundreds of tiny individual flowers.

Growing up I would see these unique plants when camping with my family in coastal and bush landscape and I have always been fascinated with their character.

Digital print comes with a 4cm white boarder included for easy framing.
Other print sizes are available upon request.
