I have always loved Still Life so I wanted to do a classic Still life, the subject of which could have been painted in any era. A bowl of fruit can suit any room or decor.

I was born in Adelaide and raised on the gorgeous Fleurieu Peninsula. My playground was Goolwa beach and the River Murray. The South Coast is still my home and inspiration. I love the colours and vibrancy of our coast and rural landscape. I paint with oils on canvas and exhibit my work at Artworx Gallery and Gifts, Goolwa.
