There is just something about the ocean and beaches isn't there?. They tend to calm us and excite us at the same time! And we love to convey that feeling through this original painting:
This piece is an endless discovery of patterns and interest with layers of colour creating a depth through Pete's signature Mosaic Method! "Golden Summer" is a contrast of tonal metallic hues of green, aquamarine, blue ,and frothy white and soft beige, champagnes, creams and sand colours creating an impressionistic view of a sandy beach of a tropical beach...
The metallic blue hues create the opalescent quality of shoreline waves awhile inlays of lines of gold, rose gold, champagne and white gold glisten like light dancing on the water as it crashes on the sandy beach.
The energy of the artwork in person* is far more impactful than what you see on the screen. It's vibrancy and motion will easily lift a room (and your spirits!)!!!
