Waves on the Reef - Large Statement Art

This piece is an endless discovery of patterns and interest with layers of colour creating a depth through Pete's signature Mosaic Method! "Waves on the Reef" is a contrast of tonal Blues and Aquamarine colours creating an impressionistic view of an offshore reef and deeper water beyond the beach .
There is a whole multi dimensional element to the painting in that even in low light the painting takes on a whole new look . The metalics add an incredible energy that just cannot be depicted in an online photograph!The energy of the artwork in person is far more impactful than what you see on the screen. It's vibrancy and motion will easily lift a room (and your spirits!)!!!

This piece is varnished with satin gloss. It is signed on the side with our "angel heart" symbol and pete+chrissy . The artwork is ready to hang with a strong wire on the back. We love that there are "5 sides" to a painting so the edges of "Waves on the Reef" are a continuation of the painting!

HANGING
This painting is stretched on a 40mm quality stretcher, is boxed in double thick cardboard and arrives ready to hang.
PS Note that this image can be hung any direction you wish -- horizontal or vertical, or flipped (upside down to how displayed) ...just move the hanger on the back

DIMENSIONS
This original painting measures 169 x 56 cm with a 40mm edge. Effort has been made to size the image in the rooms proportionately to the furniture, however please measure your own furniture to make sure this image is right for your room!

FIVE SIDES
We are very aware that there are five sides to a stretched canvas, so we love having the painting extend to the sides. This gives you the option of hanging immediately upon receiving the piece, without framing. But know that these pieces also look great with a frame as well!
