This was one of the first paintings I made after I broke my neck. My fingers still didn’t work and I struggled with steadiness in my new wheelchair. These new issues meant that I couldn’t dictate the direction of the painting, I could only paint within my capabilities. This was a style I chose to suit my capabilities.
