On the Green 1

This was one of a series of golf link landscapes that I painted. For me there are many beautiful vistas to be had on the golf course, especially late in the afternoon after the players had retired to the 19th hole. This one was painted at Lane Cove in Sydney

Recently retired from teaching art in a high school in Sydney, I've moved up to the Mid North Coast and I'm starting to revive my own practice. I paint, draw, photograph and make films. My subjects bounce from wall murals, portraits, the figure, and the landscape. Most of my paintings are done with oils, although I do like stencil work and mixed media too.
