A noisy Myna bird used to come to my balcony and sit down in the mornings. I saw him standing there next to my tropical plants and I thought that would make a good painting. I tried to keep the painting simple with bright colours and contrasts between the colours of the plants and the blue, tropical sky. It is a bright and happy painting with positivity.
