Painted 'plein air' out in front of my friends house at Gerroa. A lot of walkers pass by and it is nice to see their reactions as the painting takes shape.

My paintings seek to capture the way light interacts with the landscape to create a unique sense of time and place. I am inspired by the beauty of our natural surroundings and hope other people will be too! I studied at the Julian Ashton Art School and received the School鈥檚 Diploma of Fine Art and the Philip Muscatt prize for landscape painting. I have been selected for exhibition in numerous Art prizes including the Australian Watercolour Institute Art Prize and the Outback Art Prize. I have received commendations at the Fisher鈥檚 Ghost Art Festival and the Yaralla Art Award. I鈥檓 represented in the City of Canada Bay Council collection, the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority collection and numerous private collections.
