Lipsum is a type specimen sheet based on the popular dummy text β lorem ipsum. The first example of this dates back to the 15th Century when a typesetter scrambled part of Cicero's De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum for use in a type specimen book. The purpose of lorem ipsum is to create a natural looking paragraph of type without using specific text.
This example is printed with an antique 16 line (192 point / 2.6β) gothic narrow font. This is the second print in the series of 16-line condensed fonts (also see DCBA and Zero).
The print is created on high quality 280gsm Ice White Wove paper.
A limited edition run of 16 prints (6x SIlver, 10x Gold) were produced. Each print is unique in both style and layout. The metallic letters change tone and density as you walk around the print.
These letterpress posters has been hand inked and printed. They are individually signed, numbered and embossed. All posters will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard tube.
