The abstract design is drawn into the computer using a stylus and drawing tablet. Lines and shapes are made without reference to anything, but themselves. Each colour is drawn on separate layers, in the same manner as printing blocks would be used for each colour in other printmaking techniques. These layers are then, printed separately through the inkjet printer. This gives a different effect to printing all the colours all in one pass.
