I don't approach a 'canvas with any preconceived forms in mind. As the work proceeds, it suggests the next step. This work is made up of strong browns, oranges and blues . . . quite bright , and colourful.

I have only ever attended part time classes in sculpture with Paul Beedle, and Bruce Copping, and painting, and design with Brian Cowley, at the Newcastle Technical College (Tafe, now). For many years, I ran my own printing business, where I specialised in print orders for galleries, and other educational bodies. Work, that needed care in it's design.
I have had several One Man, and Three Man exhibitions, and exhibited regularly with the vonBertouch Galleries, in Newcastle. The Newcastle Regional Art Gallery, has one of my works in its collection.
