Artwork Description

This delicately-abstract painting creates the view of a mountain range with vivid and colourful trees using carefully-chosen and precisely-applied alcohol inks. Each colour of alcohol ink was applied and then 100% isopropyl alcohol was used to push the alcohol ink to its limit, to create organic shape, one layer at a time.

This will surely add a delightful vibrance to your gallery wall!

This is a Jacquard Pinata alcohol ink, Copic Ink and the Paper Mill alcohol ink painting on 350gsm acid free synthetic paper, sealed with three layers of Krylon Karmar Varnish and one layer of Krylon UV-Resistant coating.

Artist Bio

My name is Pian! I am a strategy advisor and a self-taught abstract artist based in Melbourne, Australia. As an emerging artist, I mostly use alcohol inks to showcase the essence of nature in vibrant colours with flowing layered techniques. Recently, I turn to acrylic paint for my love of geometric forms.

When I am not creating art, I love to read books, try out new cafes and restaurants, and travel and explore the world.
