An intuitive abstract expressionist artist, Pippa Salaman is based in Canberra, Australia. As a self-taught artist, she finds painting provider her with an avenue to express and process her emotions and to assist in reflecting on her experiences. For Pippa, the process of creating an artwork is just as important as the final piece itself. The progression of a painting allows Pippa to be in the moment, far from thoughts of everyday life.

Many of Pippa’s artworks are inspired by nature, particularly the ocean. However since relocating from near the beach to the Bush Capital Pippa has found her paintings have been influenced by the hills and mountains of her new home. Pippa continues to experiment and explore energy, flow and connections through her work.
