Artwork Description

Debbie Harry of Blondie reimagined through the ALTERS series — a bold faceless pop art portrait inspired by new wave style, fashion culture, and the graphic energy of the 1980s.

This contemporary artwork combines high-contrast neon colour, minimalist form, and sharp graphic composition to create a striking statement piece designed for modern interiors. Influenced by pop art, fashion editorials, music iconography, and retro futurist aesthetics, the work captures the cool sophistication associated with Debbie Harry and the Blondie era while remaining unmistakably part of the ALTERS visual language.

Created for collectors with a strong sense of style and individuality, this limited edition print is intended for contemporary spaces that embrace bold design rather than conventional neutral décor. Ideal for fashion-conscious collectors, music lovers, and interiors that favour expressive visual identity over ordinary trends.

Printed on high-quality smooth archival matte paper using professional archival inks.

Artist Bio

Sandy Warhol is a professional pop artist with over 30 years of experience creating bold, colour-driven contemporary work. Beginning in 1988 with a hand-painted denim jacket and custom comic characters for a Sydney clothing store in the 1990s, Her practice has evolved into the ALTERS pop art series.

ALTERS focuses on faceless neon portraiture, combining high-chroma colour with minimal, graphic composition influenced by 80s pop art and contemporary design language. Each work is created as a statement piece intended for modern interior spaces and private collections.
