I started oil painting when I retired as an infectious disease pathology scientist in December 2019. I especially like to paint landscapes and still life's. I am largely self taught. I find myself painting, making panels and frames most days of the week. I love what I do; it is challenging but rewarding . I have been a finalist in The Doyles Art Awards in 2022, 2024 and 2025.
