Artwork Description

The two bears featured in this painting both have their own stories. In part - I was inspired by my son, whose nickname when he was young was 'Little Bear'. Because he had many stuffed animals back then, I wanted to capture the sense of friendship that the bears provided to my child back then.

Linda is a long-time Sydney resident, with a passion for art fostered over many decades of life. After her son chose an art elective in highschool, she decided to take inspiration from that in order to pursue her own artistic career further. Currently, she has been studying under the tutelage of world-renowned artist, Jiawei Shen, as his one and only student. Having won multiple prizes, Linda only continues to grow artistically, with plans to create ever more impressive works in future.
