Artist Bio

Qurban Ali was born and raised in Afghanistan, where he worked as a sign writer and graphic designer. He become a self-taught Artist since finding a new home in Australia twelve years ago. Based in Melbourne, Ali has exhibited at public artist run galleries including SEVENTH Gallery in Fitzroy and Connection Arts Space in Dandenong. He is also regularly commissioned privately for portrait and landscape paintings.
