Greetings from Wheatbelt, WA! My roots are in Buntine, where I spent my formative years immersed in the world of art under the guidance of my talented mother, who not only was an artist but also an art teacher. Despite my early passion for painting, life took me on a different path, and for the last three decades, I've been dedicated to the noble profession of nursing.
In the past two years, I've rekindled my artistic flame, finding immense joy in returning to my creative roots. Currently residing in Jandakot, WA, I've decided to formalize my artistic pursuits by pursuing studies in Creative Art Therapy at Murdoch University. This dual life as a registered nurse and aspiring art therapist brings a unique perspective to my creative endeavors.
Australia holds a special place in my heart, inspiring the majority of my artwork, which predominantly features its breathtaking landscapes. Beyond painting, I also find solace in the world of clay, adding another dimension to my artistic expression. Recognizing the profound impact of art on society, I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this cultural conversation.
Here's to painting from the heart and embracing the beauty that art brings to our lives. Cheers to the journey of self-discovery and creative exploration!
