Artwork Description

This work captures my love of leaves and feathers. The print is from a vibrant acrylic on paper work and beautifully captures the textures, colours and layers of the original. Printed on 350gsm Hahnemuhle fine art paper, it is difficult to distinguish between this and the original acrylic work. Only two A2 prints are available in this edition.

I completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts in 1994 and have exhibited in numerous exhibitions and art prizes in Sydney. My artworks are primarily focused on capturing the details of found treasures. Growing up in the Blue Mountains, I felt a strong connection with nature. Now living in the Inner West of Sydney, I am constantly trying to find ways to connect with nature in a more urban environment. Discovering, appreciating, collecting, curating and recording are some of the ways I do this.
I work primarily in acrylic, watercolour & pencil and am available for commissions.
