Artwork Description

This work is a collection of some of my favourite treasures collected, created and then painted. It also includes some imaginary jewels/crystals. Beautifully framed floating style in oak, it would bring vibrancy to any room.

I completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts in 1994 and have exhibited in numerous exhibitions and art prizes in Sydney. My artworks are primarily focused on capturing the details of found treasures. Growing up in the Blue Mountains, I felt a strong connection with nature. Now living in the Inner West of Sydney, I am constantly trying to find ways to connect with nature in a more urban environment. Discovering, appreciating, collecting, curating and recording are some of the ways I do this.
I work primarily in acrylic, watercolour & pencil and am available for commissions.
