Painted from a view of a cool climate garden at my friends' home in Blackheath, The Blue Mountains, New South Wales. This work is painted in an expressionistic style.
It is framed in a Tasmanian Oak unstained, natural grain, floating frame.

Art School at 18 and later studied Art History at Oxford University. Lived in Florence, Italy for many years where I worked as an art critic. My second home is on the Greek island of Hydra. I moved there in 1986 and married French artist Michel Le Goff, on Hydra in 1993. I currently work from a home studio in Newcastle, NSW and visit Hydra, when possible.
