Artwork Description

Crows against a backdrop of outback colours. Further studies from my "Bird on a Wire" series. I love corvids. So intelligent.

Paint surface is protected with two coats of Winsor & Newton satin varnish. Narrow edge canvas. Would look good framed in black.

Art School at 18 and later studied Art History at Oxford University. Lived in Florence, Italy for many years where I worked as an art critic. My second home is on the Greek island of Hydra. I moved there in 1986 and married French artist Michel Le Goff, on Hydra in 1993. I currently work from a home studio in Newcastle, NSW and visit Hydra, when possible.
